Kuantar services
Pakades partners with Kuantar (kuantar.online). From your Pakades account you can book Ride, Car, Food, Mart and Send served by Kuantar driver-partners, ship intercity (Jastip) through partner couriers, and buy airtime, data, electricity tokens and pay bills. Village goods are delivered by Kuantar drivers in the same city, the Kuantar Food & Mart catalogue appears in Pakades, and village products can be bought from the Kuantar app — all synced automatically.
AI-assisted at every step
The whole platform is accompanied by PakadesVA, a virtual assistant that greets users by their profile and guides them step by step: signing up, shopping, booking, paying, opening a shop and withdrawing balance. PakadesVA is available on the website, the buyer app and the partner app, in Indonesian and English.
