Process incoming orders
Accept, prepare and hand over orders.
Accept
New orders ring in the app. Tap Accept to start, or Reject if you cannot (the buyer is refunded).
Mark ready
When packed, tap Ready. For Kuantar delivery a driver is booked automatically; for couriers a pickup is scheduled.
Pick-up
When the buyer arrives, ask for the pick-up code and enter/scan it in the app to complete the order.
Orders from Kuantar
Orders from Kuantar customers arrive here too, labelled Kuantar; process them as usual.
