Safe transaction tips on Pakades and how we protect accounts, payments and the data of users and village partners.

How we protect you

  • Phone OTP verification before ordering; accounts lock after repeated failed sign-ins.
  • Payments are processed by Xendit; Pakades does not store card data.
  • Buyer money is held by the platform and only passed to partners once the order completes.
  • QR e-tickets are unique and single-use; pick-up and hand-over codes prevent handing goods to the wrong person.
  • Shop partners are verified by admins before going live; drivers are verified by Kuantar.
  • Encryption of sensitive data, HTTPS, admin 2FA and audit logs.

Tips for you

  • Never share your OTP, password or hand-over code before you have received your goods.
  • Always pay inside the app; never transfer directly to a seller's personal account.
  • Beware of links pretending to be Pakades. The only official site is pakades.online.
  • Report anything suspicious via a support ticket or WhatsApp +62 851-3719-0353.
